I really can't fault Samantha and her amazing team (including the cleaning staff) for Thier warmth, kindness and hospitality. Samantha and her colleagues really do go above and beyond for you. Any member of staff who was manning the front desk were attentive, and really did give Thier time for a quick conversation, and if you had any enquiries,they were more than willing to help you. On my last day of check out, I had a emergency at work which meant I would be a little late to check out of the room, I phoned Samantha, and was told by her 'please don't rush back, take your time and drive safe' and she even phoned me to make sure I was safe and still on the road. What a cracking team and place to stay!! Thank you guys for looking after me!

Usual great value for money room with all the basic necessities. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of on site parking and good rooms spaces. Good location for motorway access. If I could rate the service 10 stars I would, Karen the receptionist was amazing and turned a bad week into a great one! Every Days inn needs a Michaelwood's Karen :) Will definitely stay again when in the area.
We stayed last night on the way back home from Peppa pig world (7th Feb 2026). Couldn't fault this hotel. The lady on the reception was fantastic. Really helpful and polite. Had a lovely conversation with her. The room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The room also had a bath which you don't always get in motorway hotels, as we're traveling from the south back north it was nice to have a soak. Their is also a burger king, Costa, Waitrose and Smith's just over the carpark from the hotel. So theirs everything you need without having to go back out in the car. We'll definitely use this hotel next time we go on an adventure. Thanks again!
The staff were extremely helpful, and the room was spotless and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt well organised the internet was a little tricky to connect to but a really pleasant stay overall. The hotel was value for money, with the added bonus of being able to park right outside.
Cheap cheerful no frills accommodation. Polite and helpful staff. Good location with easy access route for our visit . Dog friendly. Useful service station shops. Lots of tea and coffee items available . Amazing shower.
We had a great stay on Friday The reception was friendly and really helpful. The room was really warm and clean with a very comfortable bed and we all slept amazing feeling ready for the trip home. There was plenty of tea and coffee with more in reception if needed. We found the staff so friendly and informative so a special thanks to you all. We have booked another stay for two weeks time. I arrived very early hour of morning with a reservation, super tired and needing somewhere to stay, the night attendant I believe Mervin or Marvin was very helpful and got me checked in quickly and smoothly. The price was higher than expected for the room but overall was good.
